Applicants must fill in and submit the application form which can be found on the RiGHT website. The form may either be submitted electronically or printed out and submitted manually. A screening will be made, and once the selected candidates are finalised, an interview session will be conducted jointly by an officer from the Ministry of Rural Development and an officer from SAINS. Successful candidates will be sent an offer letter and be requested to attend the 6 month training course.
